It is mid July, hard to believe, the days are long and lazy. I fear I am not taking good advantage of the warm weather. My life has been work lately, far from relaxed. I had to find a new job and a new Doctor. So after several months, I can report the Doctor did a great job, kudos to Dr Fay at Carle Clinic, and I have a new job. I have spent the last few weeks healing up from surgery and training up, for my new job. Both are moving along very well.
I can remember when summer meant, long days at the pool, trips to the Custard cup for ice cream, lightning bugs, garden veggies, and night filled with the sound of crickets. Now my hopes for summer are to, go to the pool, shop at the farmers market, and enjoy the warm evenings. Hmmmm the list has sure gotten smaller.
